The Barn is situated in lovely surroundings just two miles from Llangwyryfon near Aberystwyth. The cottage sleeps five people and has a king-size double bedroom, a ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor single bedroom, a ground floor bathroom and an open plan living area consisting of a fitted kitchen, a fold-away dining table and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside the cottage has off road parking for two cars and an enclosed, rear lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. With stunning views and lovely, sandy beaches nearby, The Barn is a lovely setting for a family holiday at any time of year.

Oil central heating with woodburner in sitting room. LPG oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed, rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles (closed Sundays), pub 5 miles. Note: Dogs to be kept on leads while outdoors due to vicinity of sheep in adjoining fields. Note: Open tread wooden stairs to king-size double bedroom, which has a sloping ceiling. Note: Property located next to a quiet road but some traffic noise may be experienced when outside. |
